INCOMING ERASMUS+ STUDENTS

You can study at UwS as an Erasmus+ exchange student either for one semester or a full academic year.

How to apply…

After you have been nominated by your home institution, each student is requested to complete:

  • Application Form
  • Learning Agreement based on subjects selected from our study program and signed by two representatives at your home university (departmental and institutional coordinators) and stamped with the university seal or Online Learning Agreement – signed digitally

Erasmus+ enrolment at University of Siedlce:

After you have been nominated by your home institution, each student is requested to complete:

  1. Check if your home institution is on the list of Erasmus+ Partners. The list is available …
  2. Contact Erasmus+ coordinator at your university and follow the application procedure in your home institution.
  3. If you are a PhD student, please contact us before taking the next steps (if you are nominated for Erasmus+ programme).
  4. Follow the application procedure.
  5. After your learning agreement is signed by both institutions, you will receive an acceptance letter and you can start your visa procedure (if applicable)
  6. Organize your accommodation in Siedlce (for more details see Accommodation)

VISA

Citizens of EU countries can cross the Polish border on the basis of a valid travel document (passport / identity document).

Non-EU citizens must have a valid visa. Detailed information on visa requirements is provided by Polish diplomatic missions located in the country of residence.

INSURANCE

University of Siedlce does not provide insurance for students coming as part of exchange programmes. International students are required to purchase the appropriate insurance policy before coming to Poland

Citizens of EU countries can have a valid EHIC card ( European Health Insurance Card)

Non-EU citizens should purchase health insurance before coming to Poland.

Detailed information is available from Polish diplomatic missions located in the student's country of residence.
