Mobility opportunities

University of Siedlce offers academic and administrative staff the opportunity to enhance their professional skills in an international environment through the following Erasmus+ programme actions:

  • KA 131 – mobility to EU countries
  • KA 171 – mobility to non-EU countries

Mobility Procedure

AFTER THE MOBILITY- Reporting Requirements

Within 14 days after completing the mobility, the following documents must be submitted

to the International Cooperation Centre:

  1. Confirmation of Stay — a certificate confirming the completion of the teaching/training programme, including the start and end dates of the stay, the purpose of the mobility, and the number of teaching hours completed; in the case of training, confirmation of the completed training programme is required. This should be an original document or a scan signed by the host institution.
  2. Green Travel Settlement — travel documents such as bus or train tickets, and a declaration of carpooling (shared travel) if applicable, submitted for verification.
  3. Mobility Report — a report based on the template provided on the University’s Erasmus+ webpage, prepared by the University Erasmus+ Committee. The report should describe the mobility experience, the partner institution, and encourage other staff, students, and doctoral candidates to participate in the programme. Please include a good quality photo documenting the visit, showing the participant’s visible image.

Additionally, it is mandatory to complete the Erasmus+ Beneficiary Online Surveywithin 30 days after finishing the mobility.

KA131_2024 PROJECT (mobilities eligible in 2025)

The total grant will consist of the sum of:

  • individual support calculated for the period covered by the agreement (start and end dates of the stay at the host institution — funding up to a maximum of 3 days),
  • individual support for travel days (up to 2 additional days),
  • a lump sum for travel expenses — the amount depends on the distance to the destination calculated using the Erasmus+ distance calculator link to the calculator and the chosen mode of transport (either 'non-ecological' travel or use of eco-friendly transport such as train, coach, or carpooling).

NOTE: Travel distances up to 499 km should be covered by eco-friendly means of transport.
